This is a clip of the Signing Group from the Michael Lisnow Respite Center at the EMC BBQ prior to the Boston Marathon 2013. There wasn't a dry eye in the house, it was very moving and a great way to wish the runners luck for their upcoming journey.
These are the ramblings of how I have managed to switch from being a 24 stone fatty to being fit enough to run 50 miles.........dropping 10 stone, stopping smoking, limiting alcohol (sometimes) and getting hooked on running & biking......
